Refund Policy

o We do not provide refunds except in cases where the delivery is withheld due to discrepancy between ID and credit card. In these cases, a refund will be provided within 72 hours minus a $20 restocking fee.

o The delivery driver, an employee of the retail store partner, has final discretion on leaving product with the customer. If a driver withholds delivery, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase, but also pay a $20 restocking fee.

o It is important to note, BeerDropper’s retail partners employ the drivers. BeerDropper never touches the alcohol or a cent from the transaction
